At Tilda Knitwear, we aim to provide high-quality handmade pieces and digital knitting patterns with care and transparency. Please read our shipping and returns policy below before placing your order.
Shipping Information
Where We Ship
Currently, we ship only within Estonia.
If you are located outside Estonia and wish to order from us, please email us at tildaknitwear@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help.
Delivery Times
All physical products are handmade to order.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for your item to be produced before it is shipped.
Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days via standard domestic delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free pickup from Põhjala tehas, Koda 7, Tallinn may be available. Details will be provided during checkout or by email.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your item has been shipped, a second email will include tracking or delivery information if applicable.
Digital Downloads
Digital knitting patterns are delivered via email or as instant downloads after successful payment.
If you do not receive your file within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at tildaknitwear@gmail.com.
Note: Due to the nature of digital files, no returns or refunds are offered for downloadable patterns.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are limited.
You can return an item if:
It arrives damaged or faulty
The item is significantly different from the description
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing tildaknitwear@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo of the item
We will respond within 3 business days.
Conditions for return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Non-returnable items:
Custom orders or made-to-measure pieces
Digital downloads (PDF patterns)
Workshop bookings (unless the event is cancelled by us)
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders for handmade physical products may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us.
Digital product sales are final and cannot be cancelled once downloaded.
Workshop registrations are non-refundable unless cancelled by us. If you can’t attend, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance to possibly transfer your spot.
